Book 2 started off with a bang and continued with its momentum. Gage' s father ego knows no bounds. He'll sell out his own children if it means the pursuit of his own power. He is willing to let his own granddaughter to be killed. And he only let Gage live because he saw him as tool to use in his master plan. Spoiler alert, let's not forget he even sanction the the hit on his lover's family.Furthermore I still keep keep wondering if Dax and Blythe will ever hook up. How will Blythe react to Gage not being dead? And I want to see more on the relationship of Janika and the Professor. Will the public ever find out about the government involvement with the Rejects. And can modern society ever reconsil robotic human with normal humans; even within families? This book is full of questions. I am eagerly waiting on book 3.

I really can imagine these characters. They become people you care about and a future you hope for them.
Made me cry, laugh, and pissed me off. Can’t wait for book 3. Was upset that Yasmine died. Dax should not have lost his love.
I am breathlessly waiting for the finishing fight. This is way more then I expected. This author is one to keep following. As lives and families are destroyed the peaceful protesters turn fighters, no choice is left. I stand with them. Don't make me wait Alicia!
These are really good and I'm looking forward to the 3rd instalment. It would get 5 stars except that there are some gaps in logic. For example - why wasn't there camera surveillance in the White House to prevent the escape.
But they are minor things. If half stars were available I would give it 4.5 stars)

This is book 2 in The Bionics series and picks up right where the 1st book left off. If you have not read the first book called "The Bionics", you seriously want to put this book down and read that one first. As in the first book, the action is non-stop and you cannot find a moment to catch your breath until you have finished the novel and put it down. The Baron and his bionic band of misfits continue to cost the Rebellion ground that they are trying to gather in order to either get President Drummond to stop his war on killing all those that have been enhanced with bionics, or get a better foothold so they can take the battle to the gates of the City.
This is one of those series where the wait on the next book seems almost painful.
After reading the first book The Bionics I instantly fell in love with the characters and the story so naturally i read book 2 and i have to say this book was intense!!! There was so much action going on i had to know what happened next. I couldnt put this book down. The suspense and twists and turns left me begging for more.especially after that ending wahh!!
This book had me going through so many emotions. Seriously so much stuff happened I cant even get into it without giving anything away. All i can say is I laughed, I yelled, and I cried like a baby and you will too. You wont regret picking up this novel which is just as fantastic, if not better, than the original. The edgier tone will leave you breathless and dying for book 3. Definitely get yours today you wont regret it!!
